Pasture Care (Fertilizer, Lime, Weed Management)
Applying lime to your pasture is the foundation of good management. If you have not applied lime to your pasture within the last 3 years then you should take a soil sample to determine when and how much lime is needed.
Lime is essential to plant health and growth. Most of our indigenous grasses require a ph of 6 to 7. Studies show that having a ph of 6 to 7 optimizes the availability of the nutrients needed for a healthy pasture.
If you need assistance in understanding or analyzing the soil sample report we will be more than happy to assist you.
We also spread fertilizer.
Weeds can be a horrible nuisance in a pasture. Gramling Farms can help with your weed management.
